Living in Sarawak Through SMM2H
The Sarawak-Malaysia My Second Home (SMM2H) Programme allows eligible applicants and their dependants to live in Sarawak under a renewable multiple-entry social visit pass.
10-Year Programme
A five-year multiple-entry social visit pass, renewable for a further five years.
Family
Applicants may include their spouse, children under 21 and eligible parents in the application.
RM500,000 Fixed Deposit
A fixed deposit is required for each application and must be placed with a bank in Sarawak.
30-Day Annual Stay
The programme requires a minimum annual stay of 30 days in Sarawak.
Programme conditions are subject to prevailing government guidelines.
